Moving Traditions helps its partners find the most effective group leaders to facilitate Rosh Hodesh and Shevet groups.
If you are interested in keeping pre-teens and teens engaged in your community past b-mitzvah through our programs, we will help you find a talented group leader who is interested in adolescent development, Jewish values, and gender issues. We also vet each potential group leader to ensure that he or she will be the right individual to inspire and engage your teens.
Key to your success is ensuring that your group leaders attend a Moving Traditions National Training Conference, where they will hone their ability to inspire teens, facilitate groups that are safe, fun, and meaningful, and manifest Moving Traditions’ approach applying a gender lens and Jewish values to the challenges of adolescent girls’ and boys’ everyday lives.
